Chef Amanda: " I made chicken and dumplings. There is a citrus gremolata on the bottom. It has some yuzu kosho and a lot of lemon zest in it.
Tom Colicchio: "Oh boy. The gremolata is REALLY salty."

Gail Simmons: "The composition was beautiful. The chicken is gorgeous ... but its just so salty, and I can't get over that."
