Michael: "Chicken's done and can just sit and rest. Mash is just a few minutes away, and the sauce is just saucing. How do I make this look pretty? Is the question."
Michael: "I'm not too sure how to make this look fancy."
Anna: "I would expect Michael to be able to produce a tasty plate of food, but can he produce a beautifully plated food?"
Grace: "Michael, I think your chicken is nicely cooked. Still moist. There's a good colour on it. Your sauce is great. Your potato is smooth and creamy."
Anna: "You have the potential to do really great food, but you need to refine your presentation." Michael won an apron.
