Savannah, presenting to the judges: "You have a chicken katsu. The sauce is an American white sturgeon caviar emulsion. And there's a little bit of a sweet pickled cabbage underneath of it."

Shaina Papach: "I like it. I don't know if it needs caviar. It's a nice little dish."


Kristen Kish: "I agree with you on the caviar. I thought that chicken was crispy. Yeah, it was well seasoned. I liked the sweet cabbage. It felt balanced and full in my mouth."
