David's signature loaf is a white bread made with chili oil, fresh red and green chilies and chili flakes.
David: "So it's a case of trying to get flavor of those chilis coming through with a little bit of heat, but without trying to sort of blow your socks off."
Paul Hollywood: "That (chili) is notorious for just slaughtering yeast and stopping it from moving."
Paul Hollywood: "Visually it looks great. You can see there where it's burst. The reason why it's burst there is because the dough hasn't been proved long enough."
Mary Berry: "It's under proved."
