Chili Pork Savory Weave

Tom: 'Back in 2018, I moved to Hong Kong, so this is very much inspired by that time in my life.' Tom: 'I lived in Hong Kong. Yeah. My parents love traveling, really.' Tom: 'Yeah, a little bit of red food dye. There's a lip bit of this chili oil in there.' Tom: 'It is the most delicious thing ever.' Tom: 'It's like a also dress a bit. This is from Hong Kong. Now it's platting time. We're not trying to hide the plaques. Obviously, this is a plat challenge. This is going to be little dragon scales. Looks good so far. I'm making spiraly cucumbers. So that you then garnish.' Voice-over: 'To replicate his favorite Hong Kong favors, Tom will be adding a crispy chili oil to minced pork within red pastry plaited into the form of a severed dragon's tail.'
Paul: 'I love the color. I think the design's good. You've lost a bit. There was split and broken. I like the favor. I think the spice levels and the seasoning is all good. I don't like your pastry though. It is under baked. You have got lamination, but then it's lost with the moisture.' Prue: 'The favors lovely. And I think texture is good.'
