Georgie: "So my croquembouche is going to be based on my favorite bands, Queen and Freddie Mercury."
Voice-over: "A white chocolate Freddie Mercury will stand at the top of Georgie's tower of profiteroles, which she will fill with white chocolate and coconut and dark chocolate and salted caramel."
"I like the look of it. Bit of a lean to it."
"It's perfectly stable though."
Georgie: "There is a coconut creme pat. There's an almond in there. Whole almond as well."
Judge: "I do like the coconut with the white chocolate with the nut inside. It works beautifully well."
Georgie: "And then the yellow ones are chocolate creme pat with a salted caramel center."
Judge: "The caramel is lovely. There's an indulgence to it, and that works beautifully as well with the chocolate on the outside. So overall, I think your flavors are excellent."
