{Hassan}: "My decorative design is blue roses. I remember hearing blue roses means achieving the impossible." Chocolate sponge with blue rose inlay, thick caramel and milk chocolate coffee ganache representing the impossible made possible.

Paul: "Hassan, not your best morning. Quite disappointed myself. It looks like a rod rather than a Swiss roll. If I had a ball of ice cream next to this in a bowl, I would be totally happy. Absolutely. Flavor wise, stunning. Absolutely delicious. But it's been dropped out of a tree."
