{Judge}: "You have a way of making spices sing, and it just makes the chocolate better. It's spot on."
{Judge}: "The sponge is delicious. The only thing I would change is less of the cream, it's outweighing the magic of the chocolate. But the ganache is just textbook, really beautiful. It's all technically done well. Very cool dessert."
