Which Show?
Who made this dish?
A melt-in-the-middle chocolate fondant inspired by a supermarket meal deal, topped with his own crumbled white chocolate chip and macadamia cookie, served with hazelnut cream. Mo: "I'm doing a chocolate fondant. When I was practicing, I ordered a meal deal and it came with a white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie. And then I put some on top of the chocolate fondant and it tasted pretty good. So I just thought, why not do that?" Mo (asked if he is excited): "No." (Asked if he gets excited about anything:) "No, not anymore." Mo: "I don't know if they're baked, but you know what? We're just gonna go with it." Mo: "So it's a chocolate fondant with hazelnut cream and a cookie crumble."
Nigella: "Gorgeous flavors. It's very subtle." Paul: "The only thing I don't like is the graininess in the hazelnut. Flavor wise, and the bake though, tick, tick. What you've created is something that is quite delicious." [Note: the host calls "Mo" to the judges twice in a row; this block is the fondant with hazelnut cream and cookie crumble, which matches Mo's description.]
