Chris: "It just kind of amps up that chocolate flavor that, combined with the hazelnut and the other chocolate that's going in there, it's gonna be a chocolate lover's dream."
Voice-over: "Chris's cookie will be chock full of his favorite sweet treat. His chocolate wafer will be coated in caramel and a whipped hazelnut ganache."
Paul Hollywood: "It does look quite nice. I mean, it could be a bit neater. The texture is a slight chew coming from the bottom, from the wafer with the chocolate is delicious. And then the hazelnut that comes through it is absolutely delicious. But it needs to be finessed."
Prue Leith: "Flavours are fantastic, Chris. It is a little clumsy, but tastes great."
