{Aghata}: "This is an orange curd I'm making for my chocolate, olive oil and orange cake. Valencia, Spain is the land of oranges, so I'm putting those flavors in my cake."
{Aghata}: "I am feeling overwhelmed. I make sourdough bread, that's my thing, but I'm not a dessert person."

{Judge}: "Traditionally olive oil cake is very moist, so make sure you do not overcook that sponge." In deliberation the judges said they were not impressed with the cake; Team Europe, and therefore Aghata, was carried to safety by Julia's overall win.
