Chocolate Orange Fondants

As seen on TV
Which Show?
Who made this dish?
Third to start. Classic chocolate orange molten puddings, baked for no more than 12 minutes so the center flows. Connie forgot to start her timer and was late to judging. Earned a Hollywood handshake.
Connie: "I am making a molten chocolate pudding. Chocolate orange."
Connie: "When I did it at home and the chocolate came flowing out, you should have heard this scream."
Connie: "I've got some oranges over here. Chocolate orange goes really well together. You can't go too far wrong."
Connie: "Putting it in for no longer than 12 minutes. In 12 minutes, hopefully, it should be baked. When they cut into it, it should all come flowing out."
Connie: "I'm measuring them out because I want them to all be the same."
Connie: "Oh, I didn't hit the timer. I didn't press start. I don't want them to be over baked. But that timing's really messed me up."
Connie: "I'm just gonna go for it. Just gotta hope it's in the lap of the baking gods, really. I need to tip them out on the plate."
Connie: "Sorry about that. That's chocolate orange. When you go into there, it should go..."
Connie: "When he put his hand out, I actually thought he was just going like that." / "Until you actually get one, you don't realize how much it means."
Paul (at the bench): "So you break in, it's going to be like a volcano. Lava pouring out. Lovely. Sounds great."
Paul: "You're running a bit late."
Nigella (as the sauce flows): "Oh, wow."
Paul: "I'm a big fan of chocolate and orange. What I love is the flavor..."
Nigella: "...is not overly sweet, it's very tender, and I'm just slightly being mesmerized by sauces."
Paul: "Well done." [Hollywood handshake]
Paul (judges' review): "Connie is smashing it out of the park at the moment." Nigella: "She's really shining."
