Blake: "They are meant to be sloths, but this keeps happening." He worried about spacing them too closely on the tray: "Because you have put them quite close together." He stuck with appearance over perfection as the clock ran down. The icing was applied generously over the chocolate biscuit base.
{Judge}: "The biscuit tastes great. I think the flavours are good. I think your icing, yeah, it is too thick. But actually, you needed to bake that biscuit a little bit longer. Probably another five minutes in the oven. And that would have given it more of a nicer texture."
{Judge}: "But it is a good biscuit. It looks like a sloth. I think you have done all right."
