Who made this dish?
Chris (initial dread): "This is our first 10 minute cook. That scared the daylights out of me." Chris (clock pressure): "Every competition we've had, that last 10 minutes is when you better start plating. So in my head, I'm like, you're already behind the clock. With a million dollars down the line, it's brutal." Chris (losing control): "I realize that my flames are too high. Then I'm trying to adjust the flame. Then I have to go back to the first egg I'm cooking and try to get that right. And then I realize I'm losing focus on the other three, and then everything just goes to, you know, hell in a hand basket." Chris (panic remake): "I try to remake the ones that didn't turn out the way I wanted them to and just in complete panic. I mean, I'm about to go home if I don't cook this one perfect." Chris (acknowledging the result): "I feel better about a couple that I'm making, but I know that I'm probably gonna end up putting up a less than perfect product one, if not multiple plates. This is a consistency challenge, and these omelettes are far from consistent." Chris (after surviving): "Honestly, that was the most. That was the most anxiety I've had in any cooking challenge. It feels incredible to still be here."

Padma: "Chris's omelette was very dark. The same problem that Keith had one of his plates."

Wiley: "There's inconsistency in all of them."
