Chrysanthemum Milk and Cereal

Chrysanthemum Fluid Gel with Cornflakes (Milk and Cereal) — second half, Beverly's fifth and final dish, a last-minute improvisation. Technique: Gel (fluid gel, using agar). Beverly Kim: The chrysanthemum — I put agar in it. That technically is another fluid gel. Also, to make it cohesive, I grabbed some corn flakes — make it like cereal and milk. Beverly: It's like milk and cereal. It's only one technique. This dish was submitted in the final seconds as Beverly tried to close a 24-point gap on Keith. Padma declared it delicious.
