Chef Tom: "We call these cloud biscuits. One is with beetroot puree and sweet and savory pickled blueberries, and the other one is raspberry puree and sweet and savory pickled blueberries.
In Quickfire challenges, typically only the best three, or the worst three, chefs are judged.
Since there is no elimination in a Quickfire challenge, this middle ground is less of a relief than for elimination challenges.
