Keith Corbin: I made watermelon tomato salad, compressed watermelon with a pineapple foam and a honey flour gel. Keith was holding the lead at this stage with 169 points and said: I can't believe it. Like, literally, like, what am I doing here? I don't do molecular gastronomy, but I'm lit, man.
Padma Lakshmi: I love your compressed watermelon — really concentrated the flavour. And your foam was beautiful. Wiley Dufresne: A little lesser than — it tamped down the pineapple a little bit. Well done.
