Who made this dish?
Jojo's tray bake was a bold, personality-driven confetti sparkle surprise cake built around a vanilla sponge loaded with rainbow sprinkles baked directly into the batter, creating a burst of colour in every slice. The topping was designed in Stand Up to Cancer's signature orange-and-pink palette and finished using a tie-dye piping technique Jojo recalled from a childhood cupcake phase, topped with metallic silver spray paint and miniature silver balls. The cake earned the nickname "Susie" mid-bake after developing a mind of its own, and Jojo noted with good humour that a career in baking was firmly off the table.
Paul Hollywood: "I like the fact that you've done the Stand Up to Cancer colours and the topping is very colorful. It's very you."
Paul Hollywood: "It is very sweet. There's a lot of sprinkles in there. Did you put it in before it was baked as well?"
Cherish Finden: "You really put your personality into the cake."
Cherish Finden: "I don't like it. I think there's so many things wrong with your sponge, but I like your energy and you bring a lot of sunshine to the kitchen."
