Joe's also gone for an Asian twist to his Cornish crab,
Joe: "One of the classic combos we always did at the restaurant based around spider crab. I'm trying to really not take anything away from that spider crab.
Presenting to Veteran
Joe: "Got a spider crab tartlet with apple radish, a little bit of nori powder, a crab milk mousse, which is deflated in the thyme. "
Michael Caines: "There's an element that was not quite executed correctly. It was very simple, and actually I'm looking for something a bit more than that. Really nice flavor, though. That spider crab is just delicious."
