Inspired by her extensive travels, Urvashi loves exotic Southeast Asian flavours and sees the quiche as a chance to stand out with an unusual crab, coriander and coconut filling. She admits it is unfamiliar territory.
{Urvashi}: "I didn't really grow up with quiche, because it's not a particularly Indian dish." She calls quiche her nemesis. Mary is sceptical about the sweetness of coconut cream.
{Mary Berry}: "I'm wondering where the coconut cream comes in. It's really very sweet, full of sugar. I have never done it. I'm going to wait and see."
{Mary Berry}: "For me this is just too sweet. It's a very unusual thing to put sweetened coconut in with the crab. I've totally lost the crab."
{Paul Hollywood}: "What you've got is a very mild Thai meal inside there as a quiche. I'm in that situation where I don't know whether I like it." The sweetness overpowered the delicate crab. Urvashi finished 7th in the technical.
