Cristy said "I'm making a lemon meringue-style vertical cake. It's based on my mum's lemon meringue recipe.
Cristy's sponge, curd and buttercream will feature three different types of lemon - limoncello, lemon juice, lemon zest.
She said "If the judges don't taste the lemons, then I don't know what the heck I've done wrong."
