Cristy's Cranberry and Sage Sausage Rolls

Serving up her take on Paul's rough puff pastry, Christy's party sausage rolls had a classic pork and sage and onion filling with a layer of homemade cranberry sauce.
Paul Hollywood: "That looks like six cloves of garlic?"
Cristy: "Lots of garlic. Just because I got lots of sausage meat, I don't want it to taste bland."
Prue Leith: "You know, I think it sounds lovely."
Paul Hollywood: "It does sound a classic one, doesn't it, with the sage stuff in? Yeah, I like it. Look forward to it."
Paul Hollywood: "Hello, Cristy. Happy with these?"
Cristy: "No. At home, they got a lot darker."
Prue Leith: "They do look a bit pale. Got a bit of a soggy bottom there. They smell good. They are a little under baked."
Paul Hollywood: "I quite like the flavor. I think the flavour is good and it's well balanced, well seasoned. The pastry is your weak link. It comes down to the baking."
Prue Leith: "I think that filling is absolutely perfect. The sharpness you get from the cranberry is delicious. But I agree about the pastry. Underbaked and too thick."
