Chef Savannah: "I had pickles today, so I wanted to do a melon salad with some fresh cucumber as well. On the bottom, cream cheese whipped with shredded pickles."

Judges: "Savannah's dish, it just had a really nice balance between the cream cheese and the vinaigrette. You kind of want a little more pickle flavor out of it, but it's a good start."


Kristen Kish: "I personally don't like starting with dairy. As your first course, as your first bite, I want something a little bit lighter. "
