Buddha: "Country is India, so it's curried lamb baked with fragrant rice and yogurt and mint sauce." 


Buddha (context): "My rice is cooked. I am mixing it with a little bit of curry, and then I'm sealing it with a bit of puff pastry dough to try and seal all the air. Really infuse all those flavors into the rice." Buddha cooked it in the pizza oven (~700°F) — risk flagged on-camera that it could overcook.

Asma: "So I feel let down. This is a very bad lemon rice. I feel like this is a personal loss for me. This is just not nice."  


"What I was looking for was just more richness from the lamb, more fat from the lamb." 


Kwame: "I think the dish in and of itself is under-seasoned. I think personally that it is too…" 


Padma: "…wet, because the rice did overcook in that pizza oven." 


Score: 64/120 — last place in the rice round, dropped Buddha to last overall going into the noodle round.
