Dan's Chilli and Chocolate Torte
Dan: "So I'm going for a Mexican chocolate torte this week. I'm putting a Mexican liqueur in there, which is a guanabana fruit."
Voice-over: "Dan's boozy Mexican chocolate torte will combine hazelnuts, dark chocolate, and guanabana liqueur, topped with fresh fruit and chili chocolate truffles. He's hoping to tickle the judges taste buds."
Prue Leith: "Well, I must say, I think it looks very neat and quite original."
Paul Hollywood: "A little bit more height would have been nicer. Is this chilli going to blow my head off, Dan?"
Dan: "Hopefully not."
Prue Leith: "I don't mind the chilli."
Paul Hollywood: "I think the texture is too gluey. It reminds me a little bit of Mexico, but I think it's a little bit overwhelming on the alcohol."
