Dan's Dumplings in Disguise Sausage Rolls

Dan: "My sausage rolls are inspired by my love of dim sum, so I'm doing a shumai sausage roll."
Paul Hollywood: "So we're off to the Far east again?"
Dan, laughing,: "We are. You love it, don't you?"
Paul Hollywood: "Next you'll be saying there'll be a soy dip to go with it."
Dan: "There is a soy dip to go with it."
Voice Over: "Mixing up food cultures. Dan's dim sum inspired sausage rolls had a punchy pork prawn, ginger, and garlic filling with five spice flavored rough puff pastry."
Paul Hollywood: "I like the color. They do look alright with those seeds on there as well."
Prue Leith: "They do look good. Nice bit of flake there."
Paul Holloywood: "So it's prawns and pork, isn't it? Yeah. It certainly tastes Chinese. I'm not keen on the flavour. That's not my favorite thing."
Prue Leith: "Oh, I think the flavours are delicious. I'm just not used to them in a sausage roll."
Paul Hollywood: "Anything's allowed in pastry, surely, but not a sausage roll."
