Dan's Ginger and Lemon Drip Cake

Dan recreated his mother's recipe for a towering ginger cake. It was four tiers high and filled with lemon Swiss Meringue buttercream and lemon curd and topped with lemon icing and glace ginger.
Judging
Paul Hollywood; "There's clearly a problem because the cake is leaning so badly. It almost certainly comes down to timing because the cake was still warm when assembled.
Prue Leith: "It's such a pity because putting it together when it was still hot has affected everything."
