Dark chocolate flavored macaroons with cherry filling. John mentioned every element being tricky and his ambition to attend Cordon Bleu for patisserie training.
Mary: "And also it somehow or other should have a better appearance. It's just a slab on the plate." Paul: "The flavors there is great textures there, but the look is terrible." Mary: "Not much of a shine on the top. I think I would have liked a lighter chocolate in the middle."
