Deep-fried Pork Chop

Deep-fried Pork Chop with Mashed Potatoes, Brussels Hash and Jalapeno White Gravy
Rebecca: "My name is Rebecca. I'm from Castle Rock, Colorado. I'm 63 years old, and I'm so thankful to be here with you today. I made for you a deep fried pork chop, sour cream, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, cranberries, and bacon, and a creamy jalapeno gravy."
Judges: "Let's check it out."
Gordon Ramsay: "Oh, dear. Yeah. Presentation wise, it does look a bit dated. Right? I said elevate. I didn't mean pork chop suspended from the ceiling. And I'm not being rude. I'm just being honest. It's like you've dressed this dish in the dark. But ultimately, it's down to the taste. Okay, should we dig in? Let's see the cook on the pork chop as well. Beautiful!"
Gordon Ramsay: "Okay, I'm going to start off with the positives. The pork's cooked beautifully. And there are so many amazing flavors there, but we need to give your plate a facelift. It just needs to be brought into the modern world. But the pork is exceptional."
Judge: "Wonderful."
Aaron Sanchez: "I feel like this dish is giving me a hug. Delicious."
Lidia Bastianich (guest judge): "Yes, the flavor is excellent. Delicious on every single element. It's just really tasty."
Joe Bastianich: "I'm not really sure what to say here. This dish is exceptional."
