Dehaja's meringue roulade with lemon curd and raspberry coulis. She had made meringue before, but never a roulade. Rushing to get it in the oven, she imagined it would look like a Swiss roll. She gave the meringue two minutes to cool before rolling. The judges thought the meringue needed a little longer in the oven because it was quite thick, resulting in an eggy flavour.

Anna: in the rolling of it she did really well; it has a beautiful swirl, but Anna can't get a real hit of lemon in the curd. 


John: thinks the meringue needed to be cooked out a little bit longer because it is quite thick, so it has a bit of an eggy flavour. 


Dehaja is eliminated from the competition.
