Edible Glow Sticks

For his pre dessert, Eddie is making a chamomile puree.
Eddie: "So I'm going to make edible glow sticks. Edible glow sticks to celebrate the hacienda and Tony Wilson's contribution to Manchester nightlife and the world."
Eddie: "I'm making a chamomile puree, which is going to be carbonated, and then I'm going to serve that with raspberry and mint inside glass straws."
Eddie starts filling his glow sticks with mint leaves and raspberries.
Eddie adds the carbonated chamomile infusion and another raspberry as a stopper at the end of the straw.
Paul Ainsworth: "That's a real zinger. I really quite enjoyed that entire moment."
