"Gabri and Begona's dish didn't have any resemblance in any way to what I would associate with sausage and mash. But the flavor was so familiar and comforting and warming and sort of, like, really nice. It's a nice dish. Like, this is beautifully seasoned. Pork's good. Lovely. Nicely cooked. Yeah, this is flavorful."
