Paul: "It's really artistic and interesting, but it doesn't show up as much as I'd hoped it would. I actually really like the flavor, but the curd has not been done well. Needs to be much thicker. The flavor is great. It's a texture." Prue: "What I think is so lovely is it absolutely looks as if it's embroidered. It's delicious to eat. However, you've over baked a sponge. But flavor wise, stunning."
