Ethnic Harmony Savoury Buns

As seen on TV
Which Show?
Who made this dish?
Nelly: "I'm coming from Slovakia, from Europe. My husband's Asian, Pakistani. We have different cultures, so we kind of mix it. So the filling for my savoury buns is very Pakistani and the dough is Slovakian. And we are the perfect match."
Voice-over: "Nelly's celebration of her marriage will see her Slovakian milk bread filled with husband Chan's favourite veggie curry before being rolled and cut into triangles."
"Triangles?"
Nelly: "Yes. You roll the whole pastry, you fill it in, roll it. Then you cut in triangles"
Voice-over: "Are you using egg wash on the top?"
Nelly: "Yes, and a little bit just to make it a bit pretty."
Paul Hollywood: " I like the shape. It's like a pizza slice."
Nelly: "Is kind of like a sweet, well, milky bun with curry inside with coriander and chili chutney."
Prue Leith: "Quite interesting because it feels as if it would be quite heavy because it looks dense, but it's actually light in the mouth."
Paul Hollywood: "I like it, but I was expecting more of a punch from it. [Paul Hollywood spots the coriander chutney] Oh! Probably I will get it with that. Oh, yeah. There's a kick to it. It works."
