Mexican-inspired focaccia using homemade fajita spice blend, not too spicy as Freya doesn't like very spicy food. Inspired by her family's weekly religious fajita consumption. Freya admitted she doesn't usually make bread as she finds it 'a bit of a faff.'

Voice-over noted Freya's unfamiliarity with bread making and her preference for avoiding the complexity of bread baking. Her honest admission about finding bread making troublesome was noted, along with the humor about being called 'Where's Wally.'
