Kevin creates a vegetarian pizza featuring fresh figs, halloumi cheese, sweet chili jam, and balsamic glaze, finished with fresh rocket. While he can't get behind pineapple on pizza, he decided to try another fruit instead. The recipe is called 'Now bring us some figgy pizza' and aims to balance sweet and salty flavors with the figs chopped into small chunks and scattered over the top.
Paul: Your dough looks a bit dead. The chili on the bottom works beautifully well with the balsamic. And then that little hint of fig. I just think some of it's too sweet.
