Tamal: "I want to be big chunks of cheese. It's really nice, like goats cheese. So when I've been practicing at home, I've just been like the whole time buying a little bit extra for research." Using figs, ground oats, and walnuts to complement goat's cheese. Tamal: "The final bread is quite a nice sort of like rustic, hearty loaf sort of thing you'd want with soup."
Based on the judging comments, this appears to be well-received with good flavor balance between the goats cheese and nuts.
Paul: "I like that. Figs come through strongly." Mary: "It's baked okay. Blend between the goats cheese and the nuts as well particularly, is gorgeous." Paul: "It just crumbles when you touch it. I like it." Mary: "Thank you. It's delish."
