Fish Finger Sandwich (Leia)
Open fish finger sandwich, tartar sauce, and a pickle slaw.
Her first batch of fish fingers burnt and had to be remade.
Leia: "I think I just left it hanging for too long."
Anna: "Leia's made her mayonnaise. Looks like a nice consistency, and that's a great start for tartar sauce. She's gonna have to make some more fish fingers because they look pretty burnt."
Grace: "Do they eat fish finger sandwiches in Puerto Rico?"
Leia: "No."
Anna: "Do you remember when there was smoke billowing from your frying pan? You didn't serve us the burnt fish fingers. That was a good idea. Fish is perfectly cooked. Juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside. But your pickle slaw, I'm not getting a lot of vinegar and sugar off the cabbage or the carrot."
Grace: "I don't believe they have tartar sauce in Puerto Rico, so this feels like a wing, a prayer, and a pure fluke. Dill, capers, gherkins. It's really bold. It's almost the star of the show."
Leia won an apron.
