Inspired by her favourite drink, Freya's brandy snap baskets combined hazelnut praline with a coconut based vegan coffee cream.
Judging
Prue Leith: " I think they look absolutely scrumptious. Good snap. Nice flavour but perhaps a little too strong."
Paul Hollywood: "They look quite dark, perhaps because of the coffee in the snap. Nice lace effect. A little too much coffee."
