Full English Breakfast Pizza
Janusz creates a pizza version of a full English breakfast, featuring black pudding, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. He plans to crack an egg in the middle a few minutes before removing the pizzas from the oven. This represents his typical Sunday breakfast, especially after a Saturday night out in Brighton. He's not concerned about the unusual combination and hopes the judges will like the flavors.
Paul: The base looks all right. You've got a bit of life in there. The shape is awful. I mean, this one's all over the place. Love the colors on the top, though. Nice texture on the cream on the end. Prue: Weirdly, I'm not getting, like, huge amounts of flavor from it. It needs to be a little bit more punchy.
