Garden Focaccia
Abundant focaccia with tomatoes, feta with honey and black pepper, spring onions, red onions, basil, and allspice roasted garlic inside the dough. Designed with a floral pattern on top. When asked if she makes this at home, initially said no but then changed answer for the camera.
Voice-over noted there was 'a lot going on' with this heavily topped focaccia. Rochica's honest admission that she doesn't really make this at home, followed by her camera-friendly correction, was highlighted as amusing.
