Voice-over: 'Nataliia's take on the Ukrainian classic will see a flling of seasoned chicken thighs, bacon leaks, and asparagus wrapped around sticks of garlic butter.' Nataliia: 'I need to start assembling. I want that line of fsh spray. Just hope it doesn't disintegrate into the meat. Yeah, we're going down to the wire today. That's it. It's done. He just sled down the bake. Oh, yeah. Fingers crossed. It's all cooked.'
Paul: 'I like the look of it. It could have been neater on the plat number one. Number two, need a much stronger color. Oh, look, there's the garlic butter inside it. Yeah. Because it's got so much liquid in, you almost have to over bake it because, you know, down at the bottom. It's going to get a bit soggy. Flavor wise though, I like it. I just think the pastry and the overall setting hasn't really hit.' Prue: 'Yeah, it's looking. The pastry has got good favor, but it's under baked.'
