George's brandy snaps were a celebration of Cypriot flavors. Chopped pistachios decorated snaps that were filled with orange blossom and mastika cream. (Paul Hollywood warned that mastika can be really strong.)

Paul Hollywood: "They are a bit irregular in size. The orange blossom and mastika work very well together."
