Giant Jam Sandwich Cake in Paper Bag
Francis's literal interpretation of a sandwich cake - baked in sandwich molds and served in a paper bag made from sugar paste. She works for a children's clothing company designing toddler outfits and likes her cakes to be humorous and fun. The cake is sliced like a giant jam sandwich.
Paul: 'I love the idea.' Mary: 'Lovely texture. I think the rose is a little bit too strong, but I think the idea is exceptional. The rose flavor is coming through quite strongly.'
