Glacé Cherry & Marzipan Soda Bread

Laura's sweet soda bread inspired by her 'Nana Peg's' scones, featuring glacé cherries and grated marzipan. Laura grated the marzipan to prevent it from becoming stodgy and used a pizza stone for even heat distribution.
Paul: 'Look at that. You can't taste a grassy cherry, but I'm getting the marzipan, which is delicious.' Prue: 'The marzipan comes whacking through. It's just lovely... It's really lovely texture. Beautiful.' Paul noted good crunch and praised it as 'a great tasting loaf' with flavors that work well in bread.
