Goan Chicken Pasty

Linda's Goan-inspired pasties shaped like samosas, filled with spiced chicken, coriander and potato, with attempted karma symbol decoration using nigella seeds.
Paul: 'You did read the stuff about were going to want them crimped. Did you miss them?
Linda: "I missed that on the brief. Sorry."
Paul Hollywood: "Okay, so we have a samosa, essentially. I like the color of them. They're a little bit white in places and broken up slightly. A bit longer in the oven, perhaps? Your stenciling didn't work, but, you know what? It looks very nice. The flavors are fantastic. I think you've got the idea, the samosa right in there. I'd like to have seen the crimping, which you didn't do it. But what I do like is the combination of the butteriness with the samosa filling."
Prue Leith: 'It'd be delicious for lunch.'
