Hazelnut biscuit base with chocolate mousse topped with a brownie. James made an experimental chocolate mousse by melting chocolate with water and whisking over ice.
Paul: "The brownie is excellent. The biscuit's good and the mousse is excellent. It's quite sharp." Mary: "You're very good on your flavor." Paul: "The flavors there is great textures there, but the look is terrible." Mary: "Not much of a shine on the top. I think I would have liked a lighter chocolate in the middle."
