Hermine's Soda Bread

Voice-Over: "When it comes to her ingredients. Hermine isn't playing it safe."
Hermine: "I was trying to be a bit adventurous. I thought, try salmon and cheese. I don't even know if that's a combination."
Voice-Over: "Hermine will be hoping her salmon and cheese flavors knit together well alongside her sweet loaf of dry fruits soaked in orange liqueur."
Prue Leith: "I think overall they look really nice. I think the idea of putting a smoked salmon in it is so original. I've never had that. You invented a bread that I really like."
Paul Hollywood: "The salmon in there really works. It's like a whole sandwich all in one. The aftertaste is lovely as well. That's nice - that is well baked."
Prue Leith: "Well, that's a very grown up fruitcake. Lots of booze. Lovely."
Hermine: "I've soaked the fruit for a couple of weeks."
Paul Hollywood: "A couple of weeks?"
Prue Leith: "She wanted us to taste it, so it's lovely."
Paul Hollywood: "I think they're very special. I really do. I love the fact that I've never had them before. This is really complex in its flavors. I love it. It's special."
