Clara and her fiancé Kieran made a Basque cheesecake flavored with bourbon, topped with peach jam and cowboy decorations, inspired by their upcoming move to Georgia.
Clara: "So we're doing a honky tonk cheesecake with peach jam from Georgia, 'cause we're moving to Georgia after this."
Clara: "Cheesecake is my favorite dessert."
Clara: "We've got my fiancé. I really put a lot of trust in him being here."
Clara: "Always focus on your lemon juice."
{Kieran}: "Yes, boss."
Clara: "This is our honky tonk cheesecake. It's bourbon, on the top peach jam."
Clara: "I'm sure we're going to look back and we're going to be like, this was the best day of our lives."
Paul: "It's a swimming pool, isn't it?"
Paul: "The bourbon flavor level is spot on. I think it does work well with the peach."
{Judge}: "But you should have just drizzled it on. Always, always remember the decoration is to enhance. A drizzle instead of a flood."
