I'm not trying to hide it behind any giant protein." Oscar: "I'm doing like a little play on a Puerto Rican rice. It's a little something I'm calling Hopping Juan." Oscar: "I made a dish I'm calling Hopping Juan Sofrito. Crispy bacon mixed into the beans, Carolina gold rice, and a poached egg. I don't want to hide behind some Ferrari protein. I just want it to be a humble dish."
